Venison! It's what's for dinner.

Doe a deer, a female deer
Ray of hope for meat for winter
Me wrapping it up all pretty
Far a long long way to tow

So we may get our new van early

La Mommy's not holding her breath

Tea we won't drink as we are nauseous

Which brings us back to Doe free Doe

Lol, now I will have that little tune stuck in my head ;)
Do you have any good recipes for venison? My hubby went hunting yesterday, and we spent all yesterday evening skinning and cutting it, now I have tons of neat little packages stuffed in the freezer. Now I just need to think of a creative way of serving it, lol.

You have a lovely family!Happy birthday to your little one, what a cutie :)

hahaha....can't believe it's already cut and in the freezer...I suggest you get some of Aunt Carol's recipes or Paula ~ cause for some reason they make
it so it doesn't taste gamey!! The venison jerkey
Aunt Carol makes is so good!

I was wondering what the hours are for the Road Kill Cafe??? Please, make a trek to Montana and fill your freezer the good old fashioned way, with a weapon other than a front bumper!!! Season doesn't close until Thanksgiving weekend!!! xoxokristi
